Program Updates- posted 3/17/2020

We will continue to monitor the most updated information as provided by the CDC and post updates regarding our program operations as listed below. Please email the program director with questions or for more details.

The Ability Clinic, Dr. Law and Outpatient Therapy will be adjusting our hours of operation and access of care for the upcoming week. If you are currently scheduled to see Dr. Law, or one of our outpatient therapists, we will contact you directly to discuss your needs and individualize your treatment plans. Hand In Hand Early Learning Program is closed through March 31. Contact: Kim Braasch, Director

Adult Day Program is closed through March 31. Contact: Mary Roth, Director

The Employment Services Department, this includes Transition Services, Supported Employment, Project SEARCH, and Youth Employment will be working remotely while United Ability is closed. Our team will be answering phone calls and emails and we will reschedule any in person meetings once we reopen. Contact: Katie Dumais, Assistant Director

First Teacher Home Visiting is working to bring telephone conferencing to our enrolled families. Your Parent Educator will contact you. Contact: Susan Conwell, Director

Gone For Good is closed and unable to provide pick-up or drop-off services through March 31. Contact: Abe Bernstein, Director

Early Intervention (home and daycare visits) will not be provided until United Ability resumes normal operations. Families may call their service coordinator to request a phone call or videoconference with their provider. Contact: Nancy Gardner or call 205-944-3967
