Share Your Time and Talents

Thank you for being so interested in engaging with our programs as a volunteer. Whether spending a few hours with us for a specific project or serving long-term, you will go home with a firsthand connection to our caring staff and promising participants.

United Ability greatly appreciates the wonderful volunteers who unselfishly offer their talent and time to support our mission. Volunteer support often makes the difference in the acquisition of a needed skill by a person we serve as well as the success of an organizational event.

United Ability has many volunteer opportunities, which range from participating in group activities, assisting with community outings, clean-up and painting projects to professional and technical consultation.

Do you have a skill or talent which you would like to share with the people we serve? A professional acumen or services to donate? A willingness to roll up your sleeves and pitch in to help?

To inquire about immediate volunteer opportunities or to be added to our notification list as opportunities are available, contact Katie Overturf at (205) 944-3909 or koverturf@unitedability.org.
