The United Ability Specialty Tag is NOW available at DMV offices statewide or Click Here for more information or to personalize your tag.

If you pre-committed, you should have received an email sent to the address you provided with your voucher(s) and instructions on what to do next.  This voucher will not expire. I’VE COMMITTED, WHEN CAN I GET MY LICENSE PLATE?

The United Ability Specialty Tags are NOW available at all Department of Motor Vehicle Offices statewide and can be ordered online. Click Here and choose the Generic Specialty category to place your order.

HOW MUCH DOES THE UNITED ABILITY TAG COST?

$50 plus your usual license plate fees and taxes, and $41.25 is tax-deductible each year and will directly benefit the over 5,400 individuals living with disabilities and their families we serve.

CAN I GET MY UNITED ABILTY TAG PERSONALIZED?

Yes! You can get it personalized with up to six letters and numbers. We encourage everyone to take a few options with them when they go to the DMV, as your first or second choice might already be taken for theUnited Ability specialty car tag.

If you already have a personalized license plate you will need to place your order at the DMV to use the personalized message.
