Our 2024 honoree is Dr. Jimmie Harvey, who has been a vital supporter and contributor to United Ability’s mission for over 35 years. He has served on the board of directors and is a past Board Chair. He led the capital campaign to build Dr. E’s Place and was also a past Capital Campaign Chair. He is a United Ability Foundation board member and a relentless champion of the cause.

FEATURING A NIGHT OF PURE MAGIC with Kevin Spencer

Kevin Spencer is an educator, researcher, writer, and artist who believes in the power of the arts to improve people’s lives.

Spencer is widely considered the leading authority on the therapeutic use of magic tricks in physical and psychosocial rehabilitation. He founded the HEALING OF MAGIC program, a systematic approach to integrating magic tricks into rehabilitation therapy. His continuing education organization has the Approved Provider Status of the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA).
